This is a short phone call to talk through the role in more detail and to uncover your experience and aptitude for the position to assess suitability
- Stage 2
On-site meeting & Shift Experience
We would love you to come to site, meet the team and get a feel for what it would be like to work at Poolhouse. This would be a short 2-hour experience shift and will give you the chance to understand what a day in the life of at Poolhouse would be like. We will be assessing how you work in a team; how comfortable you are in a guest-facing environment; and how well you able to anticipate the needs of the shift.
At this in-person meeting expect to go further into the expectations of the role and what success looks like to us. This will be another opportunity for you to share more about your experience to-date and to ask questions that will help you to understand whether you see a future at Poolhouse.
